In case you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us immediately. However, it will not be possible to cancel or modify your order once it has been dispatched. A refund for a successfully cancelled order will only be made in the form of ‘online store’ or ‘original form’ credit and will be processed after confirmation of cancellation.
Damaged / wrong product
We hope that you are happy with your order purchase. However, upon receiving your order and in case of any damaged, missing or incorrect products in your order, please email on (. ). Upon further investigation, if any errors in order processing are found, we will offer you an ‘online store credit. The complaint notification email should be sent to us on the very same day of the order
has been delivered to you. Our team may need further information to help with solving your complaint. We need you to share pictures with us so we can understand what went wrong to process your refund or replacement request. Please note – we will not be able to refund or replace any orders without any pictures. This information must be provided to us within 3 days of the original complaint notification email sent to us.
After receiving the email we will go through the necessary checks.
We will initiate the refund once the complaint is inspected. We aim to process all refunds within 15 to 25 business days.
Please allow us 7 days to arrange for replacements for any damaged, missing or incorrect products in your original order. Refunds, if any, will be offered in form of ‘online store credit only.
No monetary refunds will be made under any circumstances.

- We offer free shipping on pre-paid orders above Rs. 1000
- We do offer Cash on Delivery on orders above 350. (within MUMBAI)
- Orders are shipped within 2 days And it may take up to 5 to 7 days to deliver the order.
- No Dispatch on Sundays and national holidays.
